CALL TO THE ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE ASOCIACION ADMINISTRADORA DEL ACUEDUCTO Y ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO DE LOMAS DEL MAR DE SARDINAL DE CARRILLO DE GUANACASTE 

The ordinary general assembly of associates of the ASOCIACION ADMINISTRADORA DEL ACUEDUCTO Y ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO DE LOMAS DEL MAR DE SARDINAL DE CARRILLO DE GUANACASTE, legal entity with identification number 3-002-515086, to be held on May 13, 2026, in Guanacaste, Carrillo, Sardinal, club house of Lomas del Mar complex and by Zoom, at 9:00 a.m. on first call, in case the quorum of law is not present, the meeting will be held in second call, one hour later. The following items will be discussed at said meeting: 

1. Verification of quorum. 

2. Election of a President and a Secretary for this assembly.

3. President's Report

4. Treasurer's Report

5. Fiscal's Report

6. Vote on removing any members not in good standing

7. Election of members of the board for the following positions:

1. President - 
2. Vice-President -
3. Secretary - Chris Christensen (incumbent)
4. Treasurer - Lisa Sharp (incumbent)
5. Vocal - 
6. Fiscal - Thomas Freitag (incumbent)

8. Authorization for the Notary Public Marianela Moreno Paniagua to notarize and register the minutes and perform any actions required to achieve the registration.
