Breaking News!!! The easements for Phase 1 have been signed by all parties! Next steps: a) register the easements with the National Registry; b) register the property with the National Registry; c) accept our Water Concession (once it's available)! This was a crucial part of re-establishing the Lomas del Mar ASADA as being technically feasible and being able to issue water letters once again. We will keep you posted as things progress and a huge thank you to everyone for their hard work in getting this done! In order to simplify things, lower the time spent on communicating, and provide a single-source of information, the ASADA will no longer be using FACEBOOK as their communications platform. All updates and information will be communicated through the website using the "News" as the key method with links to individual pages if required. If you're an affiliate, then it's important for you to also regularly check out the affiliate website. The ONLY time that we will communicate differently is for urgent cases.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Due to official letter numbered GSD-UEN-GAR-2022-03262, of August 17, 2022, from the Regional Office of Communal Aqueducts of AyA, Chorotega Region, UEN Management of Rural Aqueducts, Lomas del Mar's ASADA is not able to issue water letters, due to the fact that Lomas del Mar's Aqueduct does not meet the necessary technical requirements prescribed by Aya.
