Great News: ASADA de Lomas del Mar Is Now Technically Feasible!
This milestone follows years of work to resolve significant legal, technical and infrastructure challenges.
Key steps included:
- Completing the loop work, which provided a temporary way to carry out infrastructure improvements while easements were being registered
- Segregating and donating Tanks 2 and 5 and the well to the ASADA, and legally registering the properties and easements for water use
- Completing the 72-hour stress test and water-quality testing
- Obtaining the Ministry of Health operating certificate for the well
- Securing the water concession after resolving the discovery that the well identified as CN-613 was actually CN-476—a discrepancy that created major delays and regulatory obstacles
- Painting the tanks AyA blue and installing perimeter fencing
Please give a warm thank you to not only the Board of Directors, but also all of the employees who were instrumental in our success.
